Walking Wild 4 Girls was founded in 2022 by Amy Macaskill after recognising the powerful connection between education, conservation, and human potential.

Inspired by the words of Malala Yousafzai and driven by a deep passion for the African wilderness, Amy created WW4G to help provide educational opportunities for young girls whose futures are limited by poverty rather than potential.

What began as an endurance challenge in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve has evolved into a purpose-driven initiative supporting long-term educational impact through the Eco Children Bursary Programme.

Walking Wild 4 Girls believes that education creates opportunity, dignity, confidence, and long-term transformation.

Through the Eco Children Bursary Programme, academically gifted learners from rural South African communities receive access to quality education, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

WW4G exists to help ensure that potential is not determined by circumstance.

Set within the Greater Kruger ecosystem, the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve provides the perfect setting for meaningful connection — not only to nature, but to purpose.

The wilderness reminds us of both vulnerability and responsibility. By bringing guests into protected natural spaces, WW4G creates a deeper understanding of conservation, impact, and shared humanity.
